I am Alex Perry, founder of Your Fairytale Holiday and an independent Disney holiday specialist with over 15 years of experience in the travel industry.
I have earned my ears at Disney University, the same programme Disney uses to train its own cast members. I have worked at Walt Disney World Resort and aboard Disney Cruise Line ships. And I have taken my own family to Disney World, Disneyland Paris, and on Disney cruises more than 100 times.

Does using a Disney travel specialist cost more than booking direct?
No. My service is the same price as booking directly with Disney. I am paid through a trade commission, not through fees added to your holiday. I also offer to price match any like-for-like quote you have received from another Disney specialist.
What is Disney University and why does it matter?
Disney University is Disney's own internal training and development programme, the same one used to train their cast members. Completing it as a UK travel agent is unique — I am the only one in the country to have done so. It gives me an inside understanding of how Disney operates that no other UK Disney travel agent can match.
Is my Disney holiday financially protected when I book with you?
Yes, completely. Your Fairytale Holiday is a trading name of Travelosophers, an ABTA registered company and proud member of the Advantage Travel Group. All flight-inclusive holidays are also protected under the ATOL scheme managed by the Civil Aviation Authority. Your money is safe.
Do you only work with families in Essex?
Not at all. I work with families across the whole of the UK, fully online, by phone, WhatsApp, and email. My clients come from London, Manchester, Birmingham, Scotland, and everywhere in between. Essex is where I am based, but my service is nationwide.
What Disney destinations do you cover?
I specialise in Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, Disneyland Paris, and Disney Cruise Line. These are the three destinations I know best from my own experience as both a former cast member and a regular guest.
