I am Alex Perry, an independent Disney holiday specialist and the only travel agent in the United Kingdom to have graduated from Disney University. I am based in Maldon, Essex, and I work with families across London and the whole of the UK through a fully online service.
You do not need to visit me in person. You do not need to travel to Essex. Everything happens by phone, WhatsApp, email, and video call if that suits you better. From your first enquiry through to your pre-departure briefing and while you are away at Disney World, I am available to you directly, seven days a week from 09:00 to 21:00.
London families make up a significant part of my client base. They find me because they want the knowledge and personal service of an independent Disney specialist rather than the impersonal process of booking through a large corporate travel agency or directly through the Disney website. And because my service costs exactly the same as booking direct, there is no trade-off involved.

Monitoring of Disney's promotional releases. The 2027 Free Dining offer is currently live. Most families miss this offer because they do not know it exists in time. I contact every client proactively when an offer that suits their travel dates goes live.
